Each hand has a rank, which is compared against the ranks of other hands participating in the showdown to decide who wins the pot. Windows 10 Poker Game Offline

Updated In March, 2021 - In early November, 2010 Full Tilt Poker upgraded their software. This was a massive update that has totally changed the scene at Fulltilt. This page is going to focus on just one of those updates: 10 Game Poker. I've been playing 10-Game non-stop for the last few days and I love it. Previously Full Tilt Poker was restricted to offering 7-Game poker because they only offered 6 different unique card games. That isn't a problem any longer though. Full Tilt added 5 new poker games: 5 Card Draw, 2-7 Triple Draw, 2-7 Single Draw, A-5 Triple Draw and Badugi Poker. Their game variety is now more impressive than that of their arch-rival Pokerstars. Let's get back to 10-Game Poker though. Here is a list of the games that are included in 10 Game Poker. Each link will take you to the rules article for the game.

Poker10 Game Poker
  • 1 - Fixed limit Texas Hold'em
  • 2 - Fixed limit 7 Card Stud Hilo
  • 3 - Pot limit Omaha poker
  • 4 - Fixed limit 2-7 Triple Draw
  • 5 - Fixed limit Razz poker
  • 6 - No limit Texas Hold'em
  • 7 - Fixed limit Omaha Hilo
  • 8 - Fixed limit 7 Card Stud
  • 9 - No limit 2-7 Single Draw
  • 10 - Fixed limit Badugi poker

The best acronym I can come up with for 10 Game Poker is H.E.A.T.R.H.O.S.L.B. The 'T' will stand for 2-7 Triple Draw, the 'L' will stand for 2-7 Single Draw (Lowball) and the 'B' for Badugi. I guess it's just much easier to call it 10 Game. You will play each game for exactly 10 hands before moving on to the next. It will take 100 hands to go from the first hand of FL Hold'em to the last hand of FL Badugi. Speaking of Badugi, what a tough game. Many of you will pay handsomely for jumping right in and learning how to play it on the fly. Understanding the rules of Badugi is not a problem, understanding how to play it is.

That probably doesn't make much sense yet. It really all comes down to knowing what's a good hand and what's not. Do you bet with Ah-5d-7c-7s since it is a 'badugi' or do you draw one of the 7's hoping for a low card of the same suit? Most of the time you'll want to just keep it but I'm sure you can see how complex this game is. Let's get back to 10-Game though. I will post some tips I got from a buddy who plays Badugi all of the time at Stars and link to the best Badugi strategies online in our 10 Game Poker strategy article.

10-Game Mix Too Hard? Try 8-Game Poker! - If Ten Game Poker seems too complex for you without many hours of study I have an excellent alternative for you. 8-Game at Pokerstars is far easier for the average mixed gamer to win at and there is much more traffic. Read our 8-Game guide to learn more about the game. Poker Stars is twice as large as Full Tilt and offers a very unique bonus. When you enter our Poker Stars sign up code PSP11820 (registration) and the bonus code STARS600 (deposit) each of your first 3 deposits will be matched at 100% for a $600 bonus (see review for more details). - 2014 Pokerstars review

10-Game Mix's Reception At Full Tilt Poker

In only a matter of a few days 10-Game Mix is receiving more traffic than 7-Game, H.E.R.O.S Poker, H.O.R.S.E poker and H.A. poker combined. Us mixed game players are always looking for the next big thing. By 'big thing' I mean insanely soft action and 10-Game has more of it than any other mixed game I have ever played. Even 8-Game poker's complexity pales in comparison to what players will face at the 10-game tables. Many of the Red Pro's have been going at each other in long sessions of 10 Game. This is the ultimate mixed game so for the pro's it's the ultimate challenge. When you sit down you will be putting your combined skills at all 10 card games up against your opponents' combined skill.

Fulltilt Poker has already launched a complete line-up for 10 Game Mix tournaments. Howard Lederer will even be hosting a $150,000 GTD 10-Game tournament (FTOPS Event #20). This is not a soft launch to see how players respond to it like what they did with RSE poker. Full Tilt has made this a mainstream game overnight and it's certainly here to stay. What I wonder is now that FTP has some more games to mix up will they come out with an 11-Game Mix in a few months by adding on 5 Card Draw or A-5 TD? I kind of miss the days when there was only Horse and Hose poker. I certainly win a lot more money playing this new breed of ultra-complex mixed variants but as the owner of this web site I sure do have to work extra hard these days.

10-Game Mix - $600 Bonus + $100k Freeroll - All players that sign up at Full Tilt using our link will receive a free $25 in ring table and MTT vouchers and a 100% up to $600 bonus in 2014. 10-Game Poker is exclusively available at Full Tilt so you won't find it anywhere else. Things To Consider Before Playing 10 Game Poker

I want to share some of my experience with 10-Game mix with you. I'm lucky in that I have played 2-7 Triple Draw and 2-7 Single Draw at Pokerstars often enough. Full Tilt players who have never played at Stars will certainly lack this advantage and this will boost the profitability of 10-Game considerably. I even understood the basics of Badugi poker but I was still having a especially tough time with it. You can read and read all night long but the only way you are going to get good at it is by playing it. You will be in situations where you have no idea what to do and will end up making the wrong choice many times.

I eventually took a break from the $5/10 10-Game tables and sat down at a HU $1/2 Badugi poker table. After around 200 hands my brain was fried but I had a better understanding of which hands to play, when to fold/bet and which cards to draw. One thing I noticed was that I wasn't the only one. Most players are playing all 3 of the new lowball games (2-7 TD, 2-7 SD & Badugi) much worse than me.
